GOOGLE DOC - Each player and manager must input their family contact info and RSVP for the Welcome Lunch that is held Saturday, August 6 at 11:15 AM. Deadline for submitting info to this form is Wednesday, August 3 at 10:00 AM.
TEAM PHOTOS - Dave Stock Photography will take all photos (team and individual) on Wednesday, August 3 at 12:30 PM in the Arena. Photos ordered on Tuesday, August 2 will be discounted. See link for details.
SHOPIFY - All players are required to pay booster club dues and order the practice gear package using this link. On this site, you can also order spirit wear, a yard sign, and gameday meals. Sales tax is waived on all spirit wear and yard signs if ordered on Friday, August 5. Deadline for all purchases is Sunday, August 7. All items will be picked up at FMHS, so be sure to check "pick-up" at checkout. No shipping is available.
SURVEY MONKEY - Required for players new to the FMHS program, optional for returning players. Information submitted through this link will be used on the roster page of the team website. Those who don't fill this out by Thursday, August 4 will have last year's info (returning players) on the website or won't be included on the website roster (new players).
SIGN-UP GENIUS - Each player's family is asked to sign up for 4 volunteer slots on this link. Each slot is 1 duty for 1 home game. Everyone pitching in makes everything run more smoothly! Deadline is Friday, August 5.
VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION - The form on this link is a background check that all parents must fill out before volunteering at an LISD event. Deadline is Friday, August 5.
SNAP! RAISE - This is the biggest fund raising campaign for the team, in which all players from all teams submit 20 email addresses of friends and family members who may wish to donate to the FMHS volleyball program. If you've never used "Snap! Raise", here are some helpful tips. Deadline for submitting email addresses on this link is Friday, August 5 at 10:00 PM.
FAN SHIRTS - Another important fund raiser is fan shirts! Each team has a separate order form, so click the appropriate link to get your form - Varsity, Junior Varsity, Freshmen. Deadline for orders is Tuesday, August 16.
